The Working Group for Improving Access to Scientific Information in Developing Countries works to enhance science, engineering and technology capacity in developing countries.
The Group focuses on promoting avenues for developing country scientists to share their research, as well as improving access to research outputs amongst researchers, practitioners, policymakers, students and journalists. Furthermore, the Group contributes to effective science communication in developing countries in order to broaden social understanding of and appreciation for the sciences.
